Popeyes, which is one of the fastest-growing fast-food chains in Britain, has announced the opening of 45 new restaurants across the country. The company hopes to increase its presence in cities like Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester and London as well as in places like Scotland. The openings could create some 2500 jobs as the business targets sales of more than £200 million in 2025.
