M&S has issued an important health and safety notice to customers who buy chicken. M&S is recalling Crispy Southern Fried Chicken Burgers and 2 Chicken Kyivs because Salmonella has been found in the products, the Food Standards Agency (FSA) has advised. These products are only sold in Marks and Spencer in Northern Ireland.
The Marks and Spencer Southern Fried Chicken Burgers come in 282 gram packs with use by dates of 26 January 2025 and 30 January 2025 and 31 January 2025 and 01 February 2025 The Marks and Spencer 2 Chicken Kyivs have 26 January 2025 use by dates with 320 gram pack sizes. M&S said: "The presence of salmonella in the products listed above. Symptoms caused by salmonella usually include fever, diarrhoea and abdominal cramps.

Point of sale notices will be displayed in all retail stores that are selling these products. These notices explain to customers why the products are being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the products.
