A vet nurse named Jade recently took to TikTok to offer her insights on the best dog breeds for families, particularly those with young children. She listed breeds from smaller to larger, helping viewers determine which might best fit their family dynamic. And one stood out to her as being brilliant with kids because it's such a "gentle giant" – here's everything she had to say.

"They've got the sweetest personalities, they fit in fantastically around your life, your family, your children. "Very very plastered, and they are just so sweet, I just want to cuddle them." Staffordshire Bull Terrier Next, she discussed a slightly larger breed - the Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
Jade described them as the 'biggest baby' among dogs, suggesting they'd be an excellent choice for families. "They are the perfect nanny dogs, they will play with your children all day long, like they've got so much love to give and I couldn't recommend the staffordshire bull terrier enough," she stated. "Now you do have to train them properly, okay, but as long as you train them properly, Staffies make great additions to families.
