BBC Breakfast presenter Jon Kay was replaced on Monday (March 31), as his co-star Nina Warhurst stepped in for an "important" reason. During today's show, Nina and Sally Nugent were live from the red sofa to present the biggest headlines from the UK and around the world. Instead of sitting in the studio, Sally's regular co-host Jon was live from Windermere to discuss the area's high levels of pollution.
